I’ve been coming here regularly and have consistently experienced a welcoming, respectful environment. The owner, Manny, is professional, attentive, and genuinely kind in his interactions with both customers and staff. I’ve personally observed him go out of his way to ensure people feel comfortable and taken care of. He clearly cares about the quality of his business and the atmosphere he’s creating. In my experience, this is a place built on respect and integrity, and I’m happy to recommend this place.

The only coffee shop I can lock in to apply for jxb. Great people, great barista, great atmosphere. They do a free drink after a certain amount of drink (i forgot how many) and i have only 6 left. ELISAI FERNANDEZ is the guy!!! He is the one that a I trust. Everytime I go to biggby, all I ask from him is a “mystery drink”. Go try it yourself and you will be surprise on how good it is with a budget friendly price!!!! Elisai works all summer from opening to noon, so dont miss out on him brah. Go to biggby PLEASEEEEEE

LOVE Biggby on Southwest Highway! Family owners are SO welcoming and kind. Not just coffee; there is something for everyone! The breakfast sandwiches are DELISH, and not sloppy!...made with loving care! All baristas (today's were: MJ, Alanis, and Karina) are wonderfully friendly and efficient in their service. And Yes, there is an efficient drive-thru at this location! We love the shakes and the service here; BIGGBY COFFEE hits the spot! Thank YOU for being our local cool place to relax in your lovely atmosphere. (Book nooks are included, as well as a back "meeting room" is an option at this location.)

They are consistent with the drinks and have very friendly staff. My favorites are the caramel marvel and the caramel cold brew with sweet cold foam 😋. They also have an extended menu with various latte recipes. This location is also 100x’s better than the one on Harlem inside the gas station. Follow them on fb to check out their daily deals, and if you are a regular like me make sure you download the app to get a free coffee after so many visits!

First time trying and I just realized there is a drive thru at this location. I love the idea of the conference room and individual work space booths for working remotely. It was nice meeting the owner on-site. Great service, great variety and excellent customer service. I’ll be back!!

Recently I have been a frequent flyer to this Biggby Coffee location. When I order at the drive through or online the service is quick and the food and drinks are always amazing. I love that my hot food items (power stack, hashbrown) always come in foil in case I can’t eat it right away. I love their daily deals as well. Biggby>>>

I've been coming here since this location opened ! Not only do they make my drinks delicious but they are the most friendly ! I first was introduced to Biggby is SC and when I found out they were making this one right by house I got super excited ! Ava is amazing and sweet ! She remembered me and my drinks ! She doesn't know it yet but her customer service and people skills are going a long way. And that's coming from someone who is an expert in customer service! Great job Biggby on having a wonderful reputation and amazing staff! My go is and always will be the Island Bear iced or hot or even frozen ! Thank you again Ava ! Good luck Our drinks today were : iced Island bear and berry banana smoothie ! Delicious 😋 Oh! And their honey biscuits are to die for !

If you’re looking for tasty drinks for yourself, friends and family you need to stop by at this Biggby coffee shop! They offer a variety of specials for all ages and even have a summer reading log program currently happening for your kiddos! Finish their reading log and your kids get a free drink! Not only do their drinks and food taste amazing, but the inside of their coffee shop is so clean, organized and is both work and family friendly! Karina and Maggie make you feel so welcomed and answer your questions in the best way possible. This coffee shop really shows that they put a lot of love into what they do.
